The AJMADAC (Association of Young Musicians for the Development of Arts and Culture) is a non-profit association that was created in 2019 to promote classical music and its academic training in France through collaborations and partnerships that regroups all the trades of classical music.
AJMADAC specialized in its firtst year of existence in the organization of conducting masterclasses, the Paris Conducting Workshops. In order to offer the best during these events, AJMADAC actively collaborates with experienced conductors such as Adrian McDonnell and Pierre-Michel Durand, but also other great artists such as Alain Damiens and Michael Levinas.

A word from the founding president, Omar El Jamali:
"By creating the Paris Conducting Workshops, I wanted to offer my colleagues and future conductors of tomorrow the opportunity to have a program that takes into account their real needs.
We help them to prepare for specific events such as CNSMDP entrance audition, the Besançon international competition, and other competitions that require good musical knowledge, but also soft skills that may sometimes seem counter-intuitive for young conductors.
As a student conductor myself and having participated in many masterclasses around the world for the last six years, we hope to use these experiences to offer the best during the AJMADAC masterclasses.
We strive to provide maximum transparency in our practice as well as our reflection process to our participants as well as to our partners, and are always open to new proposals. "
